This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with the menu structure not being translated, even though the settings are on automatic. Solution: If you're experiencing this issue with your menu not being translated, we recommend that you manually translate the custom menu items. You can do this in WPML -> Strings Translation. For detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation on Translating Menus. Additionally, we have manually edited the English and German menus to correct this issue. It's important to manually translate the menus when using custom items, especially when adding relative links instead of full links. Note that the 'TH Advance Search bar' option should only exist in Dutch.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

You wrote and asked: "I have red this article but my point is that the translation doenst take place automaticly. I need to translate myself it seems?"
The automatic translation will not work for custom menu items. It will not translate their labels and links. We mention it in our guide here.
Unfortunately, I can't get there without help. I keep experiencing a problem with the menus. See image sent earlier.
Where and how can I adjust these (wrong) translations?
Is there any other way you can provide support? Is there any chat or phone support available?
Looking at your screenshots, I don't understand the problem you are experiencing.
Can you please elaborate on the problem?
My suggestion is not to sync the menu but to translate it manually. You can edit its translation by pressing the pencil icon next to the other language. The full explanation is here.
We don't have phone or Zoom call support. Chat support is possible by the availability of our supporters.

I've manually edited the English and German menus and corrected this issue. Please see the attached screenshot. Please know that you must manually translate the menus when using custom menu items. This is especially true when adding the link relative links, as you did, and not the full links. The TH Adavnce Search bar option should only exist in Dutch.
Can you please confirm that the problem is solved now?
