Since the error is about "Request a Quote for WooCommerce" by Addify, I've desactivated it and translations work. The problem is that we need this plugin funcionality on our web.
The plugin Request a Quote for WooCommerce by Addify (hidden link) is unknown to us and not officially compatible with WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency. You can check it here. https://wpml.org/plugin/.
However, we'll continue to do our best to help you with this issue. I can see that on your site, the Request a Quote for WooCommerce plugin is on version 2.4.6. But the latest version, according to the link above, is 2.5.1.
Can you please update this plugin and check if it solved this problem?
Alternatively, please consider using another plugin that seems to have the same features and is officially compatible with WPML. It is the YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote plugin. You can check about this plugin here.
If updating the Request a Quote for WooCommerce plugin to its latest version does not help and if you still want to use that plugin, we will need to proceed with replicating the issue on a clean WordPress installation. But first, please proceed with my suggestion and consider the alternative.
Hi Itamar,
We are trying to fix it with Addify's technical support.
If we can't get it to work, we will have to change the plugin, as you say. Thank you!
