Hi, I am using Automatic Translation to translate my post, and after that, the only option is to click the "Complete" button, see attached image. After that, in the translation queue, the job status will become "Completed" instead of "Under review" and there is no action to "Review" it. See attached image. So, this is different from what I see at https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-review-automatic-translations-on-your-site/. So, how can I review the translation or let others review it? |

Hello, thanks for contacting us. 1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site. - To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page. More information on the link: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ 2) Please make sure you have enabled the option to review the translations. You can choose a review option by going to WPML → Settings and scrolling to the Automatic translation section and choosing: - Review the translations before publishing OR Publish translations and review them later Please note if you re-translating the same page that was already translated, then it will be completed, as the page was already completed/translated before. Only when this page was changed/updated with new content in the default language or a new page is translated. Please try and let us know how it goes and if any issues or doubts. Kind regards, |

Hello, If you translate the content yourself on the Advanced Translation Editor then the review option is not available. The review options refer to jobs that have been automatically translated in the "Translate everything automatically" mode: In this mode you do not longer translate the content yourself on the Advanced Translation Editor, instead, the translations run in the background and when they are completed you can do the review at WPML > Translations and if necessary then edit the translation on the Advanced Translation Editor. Please check out this video: Let me know if you do have any further questions. Best regards |

I choose "Translate What you Choose" mode and then in "Advanced Translation Editor", I click the "Translate Automatically" button, in such a case, is there any way to review the translation? The main reason is that after the automatic translation, I want to hire a reviewer on your platform to review the contents. How to do so? |

Hello, The review mode is sadly only available when using "Translate Everything Automatically". I would suggest you enable this mode and WPML will take care of the automatic translations for you, and you can publish the translations after a translator has completed reviewing your content. https://wpml.org/documentation/reviewers/how-to-work-as-a-reviewer/ Take note, that I have not tested the following suggestion yet: If you want to use "Translate What You Choose" you need to use the Advanced Translation Editor, but you could simply not "Complete" the translation. You can instead use the button on the bottom left to save your translations. Then you can allow another admin user of the site, or a translator that has been provided access to this job, to review the translation on the Advanced Translation Editor and to complete the translation for you. Downside: The "review" has to be done on the Advanced Translation Editor. How to assign translators for translation jobs: Best regards |

Thank you. I see. Now the problem is, if I hire a reviewer. How to do QA on the reviewer's work? How can I know whether the reviewer reviewed and corrected the translation properly? |

Hello, You can see at WPML > Translation Management > Jobs which translator worked on which job. Apart from this information, WPML is not providing more details for translators and jobs so far. But please take note once again, you will not get any "Review" option on WPML > Translations unless you use the mode "Translate Everything Automatically". Best regards |
