gustavoF-11	I have created a popup with: https://wordpress.org/plugins/popup-builder/ Then I translated images in -> wpml -> media translation but popup stays without translation. I followed similar tickets without finding a solution: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/popup-builder/ https://wpml.org/forums/topic/popup-builder-and-wpml-not-working-together/

Can you please update WPML and the other plugins to the latest version, and see if the issue persists? I see you're using WordPress 5.6 but WPML 4.6.9 is not compatible with it. You can update from Plugin > Add new > Commercial tab Also, please increase your WP Memory Limit and try to resave the translations. This is a minimum requirement for WPML and translations may not be saved properly if there's no enough memory. gustavoF-11	Hi Laura, Thanks for taking this issue to help me. I just updated all wpml plugins and wp version. But at this point, I don't see anywhere to set languages for pop up builder. I have another issue since I installed wpml in this website: When click on home url: hidden link ...takes me to another page which is not relevant: hidden link what can be wrong? You can go to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation > Set the translation preference for the popup builder post type. Refer to the documentation from Popup Builder to translate the popup post manually hidden link https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/ If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. ❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌ You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ We limit one issue per ticket only so I will split the redirect issue into a new ticket for better handling.
