This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate the Shop Page on your site from Swedish to German using WPML, but the German translation does not save and disappears after reloading the page.
Solution:
We recommend checking the WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Status -> WooCommerce Store Pages section and clicking the button to download the missing German store page. Once downloaded, you can translate the slug of the German shop page in WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Store URLs. For detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation on WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the Shop Page on my site hidden link using WPML. I have successfully translated it from Swedish to English, but I am having trouble with the German translation.

Symptoms:
The German translation does not save. After translating and reloading the page, the translation disappears.

Questions:
Why does the German translation not save when the English translation does?
Is there a solution to ensure the German translation is saved?

Hi,

The screenshot shows the translation of the slug (URL part) on the shop page. Not translating the slug should still allow the translation of the shop page. But I assume the problem is actually with the translating shop page itself. I want to check this problem on your site.

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

In WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Status -> WooCommerce Store Pages, I clicked the button to download the missing German store page. It is now available here.

hidden link

You can translate the slug of the German shop page in WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Store URLs. Please check our WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrencyguide here.
