String translation not working and also not able to update plugins

maximilianv-3	I have my live site and I am trying to make new site which is clone of current site but with AVADA theme. Now my issue is I am not able to update the plugins and string translation is also not working for the woocommerce. Our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket so let's handle one issue at a time. Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster. In regards to the first issue that you mentioned, where you are not able to update the plugins, can you please let me know what happens when you try to do that? Do you get any errors? How have you tried to update the plugins? Did you try to also update manually by following the steps below: create a full website backup download the latest version of WPML (and other WPML add-ons that you use) from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/; disable WPML Multilingual CMS delete WPML Multilingual CMS (the settings and the translations are saved in the database so they will not be deleted); upload the freshly downloaded WPML plugin from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Activate WPML; Please let me know. I will be waiting for your response.
