This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see or use the translation credits on their production site after declining to transfer credits from the staging site. They are unsure how to retrieve or transfer the translation credits to ensure they are available on the production site.
Solution:
1. Verify the current credit balance on the site by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Tools in the site's backend.
2. If the credits are not visible or if the client wishes to move credits between sites, they can manually adjust the credits via their WPML.org account. This involves:
- Accessing https://wpml.org/account and using the "add/remove credits" button to manage credits.
- Updating the site key at https://wpml.org/account/sites/, unregistering and re-registering WPML with the new key on the site.
3. Re-add the credits to the desired site by following the steps outlined in the documentation: How to Assign Automatic Translation Credits to Your Sites.

If these steps do not resolve the issue or if the information seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the translation credit on my site hidden link. On purchasing, we received 900000 translation credits. During the setup, I was asked to transfer the credit from the staging site to the production site, but I chose 'disagreed' as I was unsure what to select.

Symptoms:
The translation credit is not showing on the site hidden link

Questions:
How can I retrieve or transfer the translation credit to my production site?
What steps should I follow to ensure the translation credit is available on my site?

Hi there.

On the site that you mentioned (hidden link), we already have a total of 91216 credits.

Do you want to move those credits from that site to the live site?

You might also find this documentation helpful so I'm sharing it with you below:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Please let me know how things go.

Hi there.

You can click "remove" or I can manually move the credits back to your WPML.org account if you want 🙂

I can also move your current credits to the other website (the live one) if you want. Just let me know how I can help 🙂

If you move the credits back to your WPML.org account on your own, then, you can follow the steps in the documentation I shared above in order to add credits to a different site.

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

Hi there.

As it shows in the screenshot that you attached above, this site (hidden link) already has all the credits assigned to it.

I thought that the live site maybe was this (hidden link).

If the live site is the one you mentioned, then the credits are already assigned to it.

If you go into the backend of your site > WPML > Translation Management > Tools, you will also see those credits there, too.

Please let me know if there's anything I'm missing here.

I would like to use the credits for the live site (hidden link). However, the credits are not shown in the translation management> tools as shown in the image 1.
Moreover, when I am trying to translate a simple page that has some few words, it gives a message that I don't have enough credits as shown in the attached image no 2.
what is the solution to benefit of the available credits?

Thank you for the explanation and extra screenshots.

Those credits probably got stuck.

So, please let me explain why I think this situation with the credits might be happening.

When you initially install and set up WPML, an automatic translation account id is created automatically in the process.

If you uninstall/reset WPML or reinstall/set WordPress from scratch, then a new automatic translation account id will be generated and the credits will get stuck in the old account.

On this page (https://wpml.org/account), can you click the "add/remove credits” button and move the credits back to your WPML.org account?

Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you can re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Please let me know if that works fine for you.
