This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the site key not working.

Solution:
If you're encountering a similar problem with your site key, it's important to ensure that you have registered your site with the correct domain. Domains with and without 'www' are considered different. We recommend registering your site using the exact domain that you are using. For guidance on how to register your site, please refer to our documentation:
https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it's outdated, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please contact us in the WPML support forum.

Hi Valentina,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

Checking on our server, I see you register your site with the domain hidden link but you share the domain hidden link (www) in your question. The www domain is a different domain, please register your site with the correct domain and let me know how it goes.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
