This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I am having an issue with not being able to see the custom post type (CPT) post list in the WPML > Translations option. I can only see Pages and Posts.

Solution:
Ensure that the CPTs are set to be translated in WPML. Follow this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/. Then, go to WPML > Translation Management, use the filters to find the CPT you want, and send them for translation. Hello there,

We are not able to see the Custom post type post list in the WPML > Translations option

we are able to see only Pages and Posts. We have created 2 CPT Case studies & Products and have published a few posts that we are not able to see in the Translation Queue.

Could you please help with the settings so we can see the CPTs in the Translations queue?

Hello there

Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you.

First of all could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.

Now have you set CPT to be translated in WPML ?

May I as you to follow this guide?

Regards,
Andreas

I would like to ask you not to share passwords in Public Forum.

In addition, too I didn't ask you about giving me access to your site.

Third please go to WPML > Translation Management use the filters, find the CPT you wish, and send them for translation.

Read more about how to use Translation management here :

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/

I hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes or if you need any further assistance. I'll gladly help you. 🙂

Regards,
Andreas
