In order to investigate the issue, could you please create a staging site with a copy of your site?

That way we can do tests without affecting your site.

To investigate the problem, could you please give me site access to wp-admin?

I just checked the necessary boxes so that I can add credentials securely and privately.

Is it this a copy of the other site? Is it happening the same problem?

Please let me know when I can deactivate plugins in the staging site to see if there is a conflict with a plugin.

Yes, this is indeed a copy of the main website, created for testing purposes before implementing changes on the primary site.

I am not sure if the problem is occurs on this or not because I cannot connect wpml with 3 sites in my plan and haven't extra credit in it

You can disable plugins any time but please make sure you don't disable easy booking plugin
and have a record of which plugin you have disabled so if something got broken we can fix it.

and I am pretty sure it is not because of plugins because it started a few days and I didn't installed any plugin in it

I was able to reproduce the problem on the staging site.

I have escalated the problem to the second tier.

I will let you know when I have some news.

The issue is being escalated to the second tier, they are looking into it as it is also happening on the staging site.

Hello!

I'll help you out here while Paola return from her vacations.

I checked the site, did a few tests and noticed that you had already updated all our plugins to the latest versions. i translated content there without issue as you can see here: hidden link

Now, I'd like to do the same thing on the main site to see if the problem is gone there as well or not.

Just so you know, I've been monitoring this for over a week and the problem hasn't been there in that timeframe. I have been translating and re-adding the credits to your account in the meantime to see if the problem came with something specific, maybe a specific page but i haven't been able to find any with issues so far.

Can you give it a try again in both the staging and the main site to see if the problem is gone on your end as well? if it is, then can you let me know the steps and the pages you tried to translate and on which site (And allow me access if needed) so i can investigate using the same steps you used?
