Hi Alejandro

In the live website we have a lot of data and business is going on.
I checked the video you shared and also the dashboard of the website and saw that you have deactivated the main plugins. but the problem was the bulk translation of more than 10 posts or pages (anything) was not working.

If it is possible we can set up a Zoom meeting to figure out what is the problem because I can not provide the main website access.

I will activate the plugins one by one to see if there is any conflict with a plugin causing the issue.

I have activated all the plugins on the staging site and it is working.

It seems related to ip restriction that you have on your site.

Please try to remove the ip restriction and then send some pages to translation, let me know if it works.

I removed all restrictions, but it still didn't work. Interestingly, the same restrictions are on the staging website, but it works there.

You are unable to access deluxehomes.com

On the staging site I don´t have any problem to access.

So it seems there is some restriction.

Please let me know when it is unblocked so I can access.

Because I changed it
but In morning I removed all the restriction in the hidden link and tested but it didn't worked then I changed backed (added restriction again)

if you want to access please give me you ip and also keep in mind do not uninstall any plugin or theme there because it's a big website

or I can give you access of my anydesk you can operate from my pc so you will have idea?
