Glossary of automatic translation is not working for Arabic, Chinese and Japanese
Glossary is not working with automatic translation when translating Japanese into English. After searching the forum, I found multiple tickets that report the same issue. (By the way, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese are a double-byte character set.)
My client wants to translate Japanese posts via automatic translation using WPML's glossary. I would appreciate it if your team could provide some workaround for this before the next update if possible. (For example, we can replace WPML's files via FTP.)
This issue of glossary not wworking is there probably because if main wordpress language is set to different language than english. In my case glossary is not working too

This is our glossary. And we are using automatic translation. We spending hundreds of dollars on monthly basis and glossary is effectivelly breaking all translations because words in translations are replaced for glossary word but in slovak language ane also after glossary replacement space behingd the replaced word is deleted. Should we disable glossary, or we rather start looking for another translation platform?
Also glossary does bad job wiith matching words. For example if you have two glossary words:
- opatrovatel (in english: carer)
- opatrovatelia (in english: carers)
glossary just replaces the firs option and does not care there is better fit or exact match to be precise with whitespaces around the word.
