Tell us what you are trying to do?

I created a new product in English and translated it to Japanese, but the Japanese version won't show up.

There is a prompt on product editing page that says:
"Some taxonomy terms are not synchronized between languages. As a result, language content may not have the correct tags or categories set.

To synchronize taxonomies, you need to go through each item in the list below and click the "Update Taxonomy Hierarchy" button."

But when I checked, it says "The taxonomy hierarchy is already synchronized."
And the Japanese version of the product still doesn't show up.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello,

since we limit 1 issue per ticket let's go 1 thing at a time.

As for Update Taxonomy Hierarchy", choose other taxonomy, and go over each one as the message says. Make sure they are synced. Image attached.

Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
If possible please provide access to the staging website, not production.

Please note, that I might need to do some debugging procedures like enable/disable plugins, switch themes, change the default language of the user account, and/or access your website database to debug the issue furtherly.

I will share with you any changes or steps done in this process. Please let me know if you do not agree with the above or if I do not have your permission for any.

I would need to access both your site's wp-admin and FTP account, if possible.

I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply.

I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned.

You can safely add your information into these fields.
