1) I created a few translation jobs as tests but I can't manage to cancel and delete them. Is there any way to do this?
2) I wanted to change the default code for some languages so that it's not confusing for my users (e.g. zh-hans to zh, pt-pt to pt etc) but now POEditor is giving me the following error when I try to send jobs for translation:
Sending your jobs to translation
(3) This service does not support the following iso-codes: zh
Rollback jobs...
Batch rolled back
My question is: is there a way to change the iso-code (somehow, e.g. from a hook) in order to bypass this issue? I want to keep my language codes as is but be able to send languages for translation.
If this is not possible, will I, at least, be able to add the language manually in POEditor, send my strings for translation and somehow export them and add them back to WPML?

- Canceling translation job: If you have sent a translation job to a translation service, you'll not be able to cancel that job in WPML. You need to delete an entire project from POEditor or only individual languages (jobs). Please check the documentation I've added below, regarding canceling the jobs sent to the translation service.
- Sending translation job to Poeditor with different language code: I understood the requirements you have and would like to inform you that without taking the custom coding approach, it is not possible to achieve what you're looking for. The Poeditor will not accept any content outside of the supported language code and also, it is not recommended at all to change the code for existing languages.

I wouldn't like to get out of scope of the support and ask you to provide me with custom code on how to do this, but could you at least show me the relevant hooks that might help me achieve what i want?
It appears that i have another issue with my translation jobs and i hope you can help me.
Everything was working fine this morning but now the only terms that are sent to POEditor are the custom field labels and NOT the actual content... (see the example in the uploaded image)
Please tell me that there is an option or config that can fix this because I am on a very strict deadline and I don't have much time to spend on this 🙁

I truly appreciate your understanding of our support policy. Currently, there isn't any direct method to accomplish what you're looking for. However, based on a careful analysis of your requirements, I've found a way.
You can modify the language code exclusively for the frontend and keep the default ISO code for the language in the backend. In this way, the modified language code will only load in the frontend and you'll also be able to send the translation job to your translation service.

Regarding the other issue you've mentioned: Upon checking the WPML debug info, I noticed that the translation preference of most of the custom fields is set to "Copy" which might be the reason behind this issue. If the Translation preference of a field is set to "Copy", the value of the field will not be available for translation.
Please go to "WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation section" and try changing the translation preference of those fields to "Translate". After changing the Translation preference, send the Translation job again to the translation service. I hope it will help.
