I'm face a problem applying a revision in a widget area. The revision cannot be applied either on the translations page or in the list of widget areas. When I click on the eye icon next to it, the browser redirects to /wp-admin/edit-comments.php?p=... with the title "Comments on “(no title)”" . It seems that some connections in the data database are broken. How can this be fixed?

1) Please try the following steps:
1- Edit the post in the default language
2- Add "V2" to the title
3- Update the page
4- Delete the "V2"
5- Update the page
6- Update/Review the translation

2) According to the debug.info, some of your plugins need to be updated along with WordPress core, so please make sure to use the latest version of your active plugins to avoid any issues.
1. Review links was changed, but plugin functionality is still not working as should. You can see this on my screenshot. I was try to check your trick with auto confirm revision setting and without it.
2. I scare to update versions because this can provide additional issues on functionality that still working.
I was make whole site backup and updated wpml plugins to latest versions but this no effect. The same widget area is still not translatable and not reviewable.

Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Thanks for the access details. I've checked the site and found that the problematic reviews are stuck or deleted translations, so in order to fix the issue, please take a database backup, and apply the following steps.
1- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting
2- Run the functions one by one (Kindly check this hidden link)
3- Re-translate the widget areas
