I have credits and assigned to my site, but i still get invoice???

mkt@uprtek	Tell us what you are trying to do? Why wpml is not using my current credits that I already assigned but give me Pay-as-you-go invoice? What should i do to cancel the invoice and use my current credits, thanks you!

Mihai Apetrei Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Europe/Bucharest (GMT+03:00)	Hi there. From what I can see, on the current automatic translation account, you are currently at -11978 credits. I think at some point, you had multiple automatic translation accounts and the 60k credits got stuck somewhere. Here is what I recommend: 1. Go here (https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ - the same place in your screenshot where you have that list of 3 websites and one of them has 60k credits) 2. Click the blue button and move those 60k credits back to your WPML.org account 3. Now, please remove that domain from here: https://wpml.org/account/sites 4. Generate a new WPML key from here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) for this exact URL: hidden link 5. Go to your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > you might need to first UN-register WPML and then RE-register WPML with the new key 6. Now, you should be able to go here (https://wpml.org/account/) and re-assign the 60k credits correctly to the current site. Please let me know how that goes. Mihai Apetrei

mkt@uprtek	Hi, After followed above steps, I can see my credits assigned to hidden link, but still cannot see the credits on the translation page (see pic) **BTW, I want to translate Chinese traditional not Cantonese, I don't know why the translation page show Chinese Cantonese.

From what I can see, you were able to add the 60k credits in the end and now you still have 45438 credits available on the site. If things went fine, can you also please mark this ticket as resolved?
