I renewed our subscription but it is not working

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

Can you please explain what do you mean with "English and German are still not working"? I can see them translated (see screenshot). Also please notice you need the account type "Multilingual CMS" to properly use Avada. I can see you have String Translation, but that plugin is not available with your current account (Multilingual Blog). Please upgrade your subscription and update all WPML plugins.
