Hello, I can sadly not longer log into the Staging Site. Could you maybe take a backup of the folder /wp-content/ and send it to me together with a SQL dump file of the database? This way I can try to replicate the site on localhost and see if I can recreate the issue. Best regards |

Hallo, Auf dem Staging habe ich auf das Twenty twenty One Theme gewechselt und alles bis auf WooCommerce, WPML und unseren Addons deaktiviert. Ich sehe das Problem auf dem Produkt "product-with-review " weiterhin. Auf der Kopie "product-with-review (Copy)", welche ich von diesem Produkt angelegt habe, funktioniert der Speichervorgang, allerdings benötigt WPML hier etwa 30 Sekunden um die 12 Duplikate dieses Produktes (inkl. Reviews) gleichzeitig zu aktualisieren. Kannst Du dies auf Deiner Live Site bitte einmal testen? 1) Führe die Synchronisierung von Taxonomien der Produkte und Variationen unter WPML > Support > Fehlerbehbung durch. 2) Dupliziere das betroffene Produkte. 3) Editiere das Duplikat und speichere es - es sollte innerhalb von etwa 30 Sekunden speichern. Frage: Betrifft dieses Problem mehrere Produkte auf Deiner Live Site und sollen hier die Produkte in allen Sprachen dupliziert werden? Beachte bitte, dass ich dieses Ticket aktuell in meinem Queue lassen werden, da ich versuchen werde dieses Problem auf einer neuen Test Site alleine mit WooCommerce und WPML zu replizieren. Sollte ich es nicht replizieren können, dann kann ich anbieten zu versuchen eine manuelle Kopie der Website anuzlegen. Sollte sich das Problem für Dich aber alleine durch die oben genannten Schritte lösen lassen, dann gib mir bitte Bescheid. Mit freundlichen Grüßen |

Hello, I have now removed the problematic product from the staging and the new copy that I created from that product actually does update now as usual (about 10-20 seconds). Could you please revise this on the staging site? Best regards |

Hello, I am not able to replicate this issue on a test site so far. Could you please give it a try yourself? One-Click-Login: Further, the reported issues are kind of confusing, as you are using in your example only duplicates (not translations) and WPML will surely not be able to duplicate any comment or review if a translation does not exist. Also, please test on your site, if it solves the issue, if the product is at least translated into one language. Best regards |

Hi Andreas, I tried to replicate the issue on the test-site but it didn't succeed. Maybe it is something with my database or a setting in woo / wpml that triggers the error. I don't know if you have any further steps you can take. For now I have a workaround by: Not ideal but at least we can move ahead from here. Hope you have a better solution but if not we'll keep on working lake this for the moment, Thanks! |

Hello, I see the issue on the Staging and there is in fact a very long load time, once WPML tries to sync the product reviews between the product duplicates. The main problem for me is, that Kista is restricting access to the site, which for I was unable to take a copy of the site, in order to investigate the issue and test it on a local virtual server. Now, as you can see on the dashboard of the Staging Site, there are quite many deprecated notices - it might be that we can not see the issue, as the Sandbox is not running the latest version of PHP. You can see more details in the debug.log inside the folder /wp-content/. Those notices affect WooCommerce and many of the used WC Addons. Would you be able to set the server to a different PHP version like 8.0 or 7.4, to verify if the issue is maybe related to PHP 8.1.18? Best regards |

Hello, I can still see the issue on the Staging when testing only with WooCommerce and WPML. Now, if I create a new product, it does actually update but it takes like 90 seconds. At the moment I am trying to migrate your database to a local install of WordPress in order to investigate further. I would kindly ask you for some more patience. Best regards |
