I applied the code to the functions.php and no change in the behaviour. The code is now removed.

We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this porpoise.
If you already know how Duplicator works
(http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),
please skip the following steps and just send me the installer file and the zipped package you downloaded.

Send me both files (you probably want to use DropBox, Google Drive, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big)

Thank you very much for your access.
I took the duplicator and installed it in our own server. The only thing I changed was the domain name, because I added some fake one.
As you can see from the image I am attcching visiting domain in DE ( biz ) is not make any kind of redirection . The status code is 200.
So I would suggest to check again in your server and see if there is something that is causing this to you.
If you need further help or check the site in our own server , I can share with you access in backennd of WordPress I can share it in a private reply.

I'm not so sure that you can replicate the issue this way since you probably can't use the adress with www and without.
Without www I'm not redirected either.
If you can't do anything else I thank you for your effort, my webhosting company still say's there's no redirection bellow wordpress level.

Thank you very much for your kind words. I am trying to share here all my knowledge to help you understand where the problem is coming from.
It is out of my scope to give you support out of wpml but I would like to help you.
Since you are telling me about redirection, let me share you something else.
Visiting hidden link also redirects to hidden link. It means that you set what is the default domain ( without www ) and what the server should do if someone is adding www in the url.
Since the main domain HOST_NAME is one (butong.se) the redirection is always to the HOST_NAME even if you add the alias of the main domain.
Now in the Web Servers, there is an option for handing the requests for www and without www. Some of those settings are producing 301 redirections.
I hope this makes more clear things to you.

I shared with you just some ideas to check.
Now about your question, Web Server is the Server that can serve websites or we can say also, the server where a website is hosted.

That in order to redirect from none www. to www, and if your main domain is hidden link , you have to add other domains as an alias or additional domains both with and without the www, and then create 301 redirect.

As I have already told you it is out of our scope to give support to things outside wpml. Fourkan share the documentation which clearly is saying in thie part you shared : "This is something that the company that sold you the domain should do for you."
Fourkan shared the same hints I have already shared with you. He didn't configure anything to the DNS.
Each hosting company has different tools, workflows and hardware in order to run the Web-Servers.
It is impossible to suggest you something specific because what I would suggest might be correct for one web server and wrong for the other.
I hope you can understand. I will be happy to reply to any other questions you might have.
