Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Our support is limited via this forum. So we have a request. It will be great if you can try to replicate this bug on our Sandbox site(a fresh installation). Because reproducing the issues in a fresh/minimal installation will help us a lot in debugging.

Please try the following steps and make sure the bug is existing or not on the sandbox site.

1) Click this URL to visit the Sandbox site backend - hidden link
2) Configure WPML like your live site
3) Install and active Elementor plugin and your theme
4) Create a page similar to your live site
5) Try to translate

I did the same on the Sandbox. You can check the "Hello World!" post and the German translation of that post.

Hello,

Thank you for reproducing the issue on the sandbox site. But sorry, I am not able to reproduce the issue exactly with the Sandbox site on our testing server and locally(with new posts). Please check the following posts as an example.

I have a doubt. Does it happen while using Elementor or Gutenberg for creating the page contents?

The result is the same when tried with different browsers like Chrome, Mozilla & Opera. I have followed the steps described here.

Therefore please let us know if we are missing any steps. Thank you for your understanding.

It isn't easy to reproduce it but then happening constantly. I don't know the first trigger, but you can use that mentioned workflow after that.

Try first to update the post's content in English (Gutenberg), then try to change the visual/text tab and refresh. On "Post Two", you can see it.

It is Gutenberg, and it doesn't matter which Browser. Mostly I use Safari.

You should fix the bug thanks to my post where I broke it, that's all. Unfortunately, not every bug is easy to replicate, but it still is necessary to fix it. If that is a problem, I can provide data directly to the assigned developer.

Hello,

Thank you for the details. I have reproduced the issue finally with *Post Two* on the sandbox site and escalated the ticket to our second-tier team for further debugging. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please wait.

Hello,

This problem is happening because Job ID is losing while Refreshing the Classical Translation Editor screen. The ticket is escalated to our developers for fixing. We will get back to you soon when we have an update about this from our developers.

So for the time being please avoid Refreshing the screen while translating the posts/page from the Classical Translation Editor screen.
