This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the credits not visible on their website
Solution:
To address the issue of the website still being registered with an old key, the following steps were recommended:
- Navigate to the site’s admin area.
- Go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab.
- Click on 'Unregister WPML from this site' and follow the instructions on this link.
- Register the website using the new generated key.

If these steps do not resolve your issues or if the solution seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

2. site was original in dutch, did translate everything to english. Now default language is set to english in wpml and want to translate from english to spanish, french etc.

a. default language in wordpress/settings/general is still dutch? so admin is also dutch? need it to be in english.

b. when wanting to automatic translate from english to the other languages except for dutch, it is not possible? telling that i can only translate from default language english, but default language is set to english, so why does this not work?

1. When did you assign those credits to your website? I see that your website currently has 0 credits, which is correct. I suspect that these are old credits that were used some time ago.

1. 10 may i assigned them, the day i bought wpml. so 90.000 are assigned but not visible, as i did not use them

It seems your website is still registered with an old key.

Please try the following:

– Go to your site’s admin and go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab.

– Click on Unregister WPML from this site.
