Problem:
The client reported that the credits not visible on their website
Solution:
To address the issue of the website still being registered with an old key, the following steps were recommended:
- Navigate to the site’s admin area.
- Go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab.
- Click on 'Unregister WPML from this site' and follow the instructions on this link.
- Register the website using the new generated key.
If these steps do not resolve your issues or if the solution seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
