Thank you for the access. But before I move forward I need to clarify a few things. Is your issue with the error you reported or something else for example with the menu ? Or you are getting this error if you try to sync the menus ? I am totally confused. If you have another issue, I will split this ticket into a new one and continue from there. Regards, |

Hi Andreas, I think the 504 problems are part of a global problem from WPML. Please create another ticket for menu sync malfunction if you prefer. Please continue with this ticket regarding internal 504s, slow down of backend and Debug logs showing currently problems from WPML. Please look at Debug logs just from today as we have done some updates to database that have improved the use of WPML... yet errors remain. Pablo |

Thank you. Let's finish with the first one and we will check the other issue. I have installed a query monitor and debug log in order to investigate the issue. Until now from speed perspective, I cannot see anything than normal Also, there is no 504 error for me and no errors in debug.log. So maybe some specific steps should be done in order to see the errors. May I ask you to narrow down, what steps should we do in order to see the errors in debug log and probably speed issues that lead to 504 errors? Looking forward to your reply Regards, |

Hi Andreas, Yes, indeed... we rebooted the server and removed processes that were unnecessary and today I can load the backend pages with no 504 errors and when I try to save a Divi template or translation it actually works... well it took a week but I think we've found the problem. Let's move to the Menu sync problem if you are ok with that. thanks Pablo |

Hello and thank you very much for all the info. Based on this error log : hidden link I cannot see anything related to WPML. It might be an issue with DIVI , but not sure what would be. Would you like to check it for a few days and if you notice anything related to WPML to leave a message so we can check ? Regards, |

Thank you for your message. Of course, it is coming from our site and it is a notice, not an error. Usually, this issue is happening when a translation is started in ATE and is not finished correctly. You need to tell me the steps you did in order to replicate the issue and confirm what I am telling you. But just to clarify the other errors you are having are more important to be solved and maybe there is a correlation to all problems you are having, including wpml. For example : mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/kadiska.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php Please check again your installation and if you have clear steps when the notice from WPML is happening, I can take a look and see what is happening. Regards, |

Hi Adreas, The Query Monitor app your teams installed was the one creating this error: It is disable now so we are not getting this log anymore. I have cleared Debug file to see if the WPML notice comes up again. thanks Pablo |
