Hi Aigars, Here is the new ticket. It is possible the translation product content is delivering to your site. Please go to WPML > Translation Management > Filter by Products and share some screenshots of this page and this state "woocommerce products database only 4 translated products". Checking on our server, I see products are translated and delivered to your site completely. For example hidden link Look forward to your reply. |

hidden link - translated only 4 products Part of products are with eye icon hidden link, but I can't find anywhere where are translated products. I configured that automaticaly translated products can be published immediately. With other posttypes everything ran smoothly. I know also that I didn't have enough credits to translate all products, but about half of them were traslated. |

Hi, I test the feature "Publish right away but mark as not reviewed so I can take a look later" on my demo site but do not see that issue. You can try to go to WPML > Translations and approve translations to see if it helps. If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Hi, Our 2nd tier support needs to check some data in the WPML tables, there is something wrong when the translation product is not created on your site and I do not see any error related in the ATE log (WMPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor). If using the staging site, I can select the action "Copy" only. So any In Progress jobs will be canceled and it will not reflect the issue on the live site exactly. Please share the live site credentials in the next reply. Thanks for your co-operation. Another thing is, the product content is translated on our server completely and saved to the Translation Memory. So you can translate products manually or automatically without being charged again. Hi, After checking the issue on your site, our 2nd tier support has some information: - The issue does not happen with the post or page, only happens with the product. - If you edit a product and hover over the "eye" icon to review the translation, you can see the translation product ID which is created by WPML after completing the translation in Advanced Translation Editor. For example - If you try to edit the product with the ID 9223, WordPress says that is deleted. It looks like the product ID is deleted directly from the database and leaves the related data in WPML. I didn't delete anything. I just launched automatic translatation and everything stucked with product translations - translation process consumed all of my credits. |

Hi, The translated products are deleted from the database, I'm not sure why it occurs but that is what we see on your site now. On another hand, I can see the product content is translated completely on our server and it is saved to the translation memory, which means you will not be charged for the same content next time. I suggest you can try steps below to translate the products again: 1. Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click on "Remove ghost entries from the translation tables".
