[Resolved] The translated page never syncs

After completing a page translation with the translation manager, I return to the page's list and the status of the page translated never syncs. And the translation never shows. One example is the "Politica de Privacidade" page. The original language is Portuguese (PT) and the translation is English (EN).

thanks for contacting us. Could you try to downgrade to PHP 7.4 and see if this fixes the issue?

Hi Laura,
Your suggestion unfortunately didn't fix the issue:

1) downgraded to PHP 7.4;
2) updated all plugins;
3) tried the whole translation procedure and it still shows "in progress" (image in attach.)

Can you please advise?
