Hello,

you can translate the slug from WPML → Settings. In the Post Types Translation section, there is an option to set different slugs. Click on it, and type in the translation for the custom post type slug.

Make sure depending on how you create CPT, it needs to be created correctly so the slug can be translated, please check:
