Hi, Judith.

Can you please confirm that the issue of this ticket is fixed now?

In our forum, we try to deal with one issue per ticket. It helps us, the supporters, focus on one issue at a time and give you better support. And it also helps you, the user, not to get confused with many issues in one ticket. Please open a new ticket in our forum with the last issue that you mention.

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi Itamar

It looks like you may have misunderstood what needs to be done, the issue is still the same. this is a new one problem.

The way the site is built uses sections that are saved globally and shared by multiple pages. Now the plugin was able to translate it before but it completely changed the content to Welsh and is not able to switch back and forth from English to Welsh and vice versa. When we check the page's translated content it did not include these global sections which we think is the reason why it was not able to switch language to those sections.

screenshots of the sections that are having that issue from the homepage attached. Can you visit the homepage and try switching the language so they will see what we mean by those sections not switching language.

Hi, Judith.

I'm sorry if I was not clear enough in my previous reply. You opened this ticket on July 4, and wrote the following.

There is a problem with the plugin, the Translation list where you can review the translations is not showing, we already tried multiple ways like changing the Theme and disabling other plugins but did not work. hidden link hidden link hidden link

After escalating this issue to our second-tier supporter, we solved this problem. I asked you for confirmation of this in my reply on July 10. Please see it here.

Please note that we are already on the second page of this thread.

I just rechecked this on your site, and the Translations queue screen is working, and you can review the translations.

Can you please confirm that this issue is solved now?

The new issue you presented is a different issue. It is most likely an issue with Beaver Builder's global elements. We will handle this issue on a new ticket I created here.
