This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with translations not being added to the 'Translations in queue', it might be because you are not added as a translator.
Solution:
We recommend that you add yourself as a translator by following the instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-admin-capabilities/#add-translator.
After adding yourself, you should review the translations to ensure they are processed correctly. You can learn how to review automatic translations on your site here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-review-automatic-translations-on-your-site/.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

Before one of my colleagues gets this ticket assigned, I would like to provide some information that might help solve this ticket.

According to the screenshot of WPML -> Translation Management the content was automatically translated and is waiting for review (eye icon), so it doesn't appear in the 'Translation in queue' because it's already translated. I recommend you click on the eye icon, review (and approve the translations if they are correct), and check if everything is correctly translated.

Please provide the results of the steps described above so one of my colleagues can continue working on this ticket.

Have you tried adding yourself as a translator?

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-admin-capabilities/#add-translator

After that, you can review the translations:
