Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to use Advanced WPML Translation Editor, but due to Security Policy, I had to whitelist the IP one by One.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

So far I had whitelisted IP as below, but still not able to connect. Would like to clarify whether what IP we should whitelist?

Hi there,

There is no single IP that we can share as our system uses dynamic IP and it changes. Instead, you need to whitelist the URLs below:

After that, please go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support.

At the bottom of the page click the "Installer Support" section and make sure that all the items there are shown in green with no errors.

Hi Christopher,

Now it is able to connect to the Advance Translation Editor, however it will stuck at "Loading Status" after saving the translation. The page is not updated with the translation as well.

What can I do to solve this issue?

I had try to go through the steps, however I cant do that because it shows that at Jobs page.

Would you please kindly enable the WordPress debug mode, so instead of the message you will see an erorr that you can share with us with technical setails.

Would you please access your website files and edit the "wp-config.php" file on the root folder of your WordPress installation and add the code below into the file:

define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true );

Please add the code above the line below:

Tha kn you for sharing the messages. None of the messages you shared is a fatal error, it is a deprecation notice so I do not know what is the issue.

Upon checking the debug information I see that you use an older version of WPML and WPML addons.

Kindly, follow the steps below:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Update WPML and its addons there.

It shown that the plugin cant connect to wpml.org, hence it cant detect the updates!

WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org
WPML needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to wpml.org to remove this notice.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Make sure you are signed in wpml.org.
- Go to https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
- Download the latest version of the WPML and its add-ons.
- Install them manually on your website using the method below:
https://wpml.org/faq/updating-wpml-manually/

If the problem persists, Id appreciate it if you can share the login information on the next reply when you set it as private.
