This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with translating the values of *pix-highlights* WPBakery Custom Module by the Essentials Theme, even after following the theme's documentation.
Solution:
We advised the client to translate the *pix-highlights* field values, which are stored in JSON format, using the WPML Advanced Translation Editor. We guided how to search for these values within the editor and requested that the client translate them to see if the issue persists. Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have some issues with the translation of some fields in portfolios and pages as the follows:
1- With portfolio I have custom fields called "highlights" can't translated to English language as shown in attached photo 1 titled "portfolios issue" section No. 1.
2- With portfolio I have Image Carousel in WPBackery is hidden with English language as shown in attached photo 1 "portfolios issue" section No. 2.
3- Features list element with WPBakery in pages can't translated into the English language as shown in attached photo 2 "page issue".

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Yes, with WPML setting .. Translate custom fields .. I changed some fields with the same above names to translate choise, but it didn't work.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

The Essentials theme by PixFort is included in our compatibility list for themes. However, when using Custom WPBakery elements, there may be a missing custom language configuration, resulting in the texts not being listed for translation. We have to add it. The *pix-highlights* field values are stored in JSON format. Those values are showing for translation when I search for it from WPML Advanced Translation Editor. So please translate it and make sure the issue exists or not.
