I'm Long from the WPML support team and I will take care of this ticket.
From what I can see on your site, the product "*New* SHIRT – ELISTAR10" in the English language is a duplicate product, so if you want to translate it, please switch the language to English > edit the product and click on the button "Translate Independently", kindly check this screenshot hidden link
Then switch the language to Thai > edit the product > make a small change to the product title and let the automatic translation do the rest.
If it does not help, I recommend trying again with a minimal environment:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML, WooCommerce and their addons
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress
and run the troubleshooting buttons in WPML > Support > Troubleshooting:
- [Products] Synchronize posts taxonomies
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
- Fix terms count
- Fix post type assignment for translations
Today I increase more CPU x 4 cores and RAM x 4 GB to the server.
I found that the blank page problem is gone. I can load all WPML multilingual page.
But I found this error. Please see illustrated.
Also the pending translating job there. Seem waiting and not auto translate.
I have not run the troubleshooting yet.
I found more problem for some products.
When I edit a product in Thai, it says this is the duplicate of Eng and have key locked.
Then I switch to Eng version, but it also says this is duplicate of Thai version. Also have key locked.
It also show that you are editing this product which is in the auto translate process.... something like that.
Really confuse.
Please help check.

Can you please let me know which product you are editing? And please share some screenshots of this issue.

I see the issue, please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click on some buttons below and check if the issue is resolved.
- [Products, Variations] Synchronize posts taxonomies
