Hi there,

we wanted to upgrade slider revolution on our site to the new SR7 Engine and did the test before upgrading.

For the main site things seem to work

However, on non of our WPML translation pages the Slides are showing up

Has this issue been reported before, is it a WPML compatibility problem or is there any other issue preventing us from using the SR7 Engine with Slider Revolution and WPML?

Welcome to WPML support. I'd be happy to help you with this.

From what I see our compatibility team is working on ensuring compatibility with the v7 engine. And at the moment, there are some issues with it.

When you mentioned SR7, I hope you are talking about the v7 engine, right?

I will add this ticket to the notifications lists and will update you as soon as I will have further info.

Hi, I have also issues with the upgrade to SR7 of Slider Revolution. In the translated version of home page hero slider only the first translated slide is visible. Then the screen goes white until the first slide comes up again (the rest of the translated slides never showed up). Very dissappointing... The english version of the slider (the original) works fine with no issues. If you have any news from the dev team I' d like to know, it affected two of my websites...

Hi there, the issue is still existing.
We just lost all the translated tables in one of our sliders.
Luckily, we had a backup and could restore the original version.
Now we have downgraded to SR6 again.

Could you please let us know when these compatibility issues will be resolved?
