michalB-2	I having "Multilingual Agency" account and have new client want to use the "Automatic Translation" option, how this option works? will they have 180,000 translation credits or 90,000 translation credits? What is this credits? is credit equal to word? the amount is for month? How do I use them?

Johan	Hello there, Thanks for contacting the support, I’ll be happy to help. Our Multilingual Agency plan allows users to benefit from 180 00 credits for the automatic translation. As you can see in the documentation below: https://wpml.org/purchase/ However, this offer was released in 2021 and can only be applied to plans that were created after this date (not retroactively). I can see that your account was created in 2014 which is why you cannot benefit from this. However, our prices have changed throughout the years, the Multilingual agency plan cost 199$ today, while you still benefit from the old prices. Johan	Hello, Yes, you can actually create a new account for your client, and he will benefit from the credit.
