I moved from the Hebrew support here because they said they would transfer my urgent service call here - but they didn't.
I purchased the plugin for 2 languages to use in WooCommerce WordPress store.
I went through all the settings with the 3 plugins, including WooCommerce Multilingual plugin and the "string plugin" which cause to the bug.

PROBLEM- AFTER ACTIVATE THE "string plugin" product pages - there was a message "page not found" on ALL the products.

I deactivate the 3 plugins after 2 more trials.

A terrible experience, as we lost a lot of money in the paid advertising that was leading to "page not found "!

As I wrote about 2 weeks ago - I need serious support as these are periodic products.

The default language IN THE WEBSITE: HEBREW
The language we want to add is : ENGLISH.

The most important thing to translate is the: Payment page!
The only Products category that is very urgent to translate: hidden link

I have the Staging website access details.
I want to send it to you.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Today a few minutes ago, Someone logged and activated the plugins from the live site and again! the all products were not find! as I wrote the "WPML String Translation" cause to this problem, because after deactivate this plugin the product pages return.

they enter to the live website, while they ask us STAGING WEBSITE
We made a staging website and send again, but they use the live website,
they activated the 3 plugins and the all products were unfound!
one customer told us he can't see the products. why they make such a things?
I'm trying to get help since the day I bought this pluming and we're very unhappy as we lost a lot of money as the plugin cause the products pages with no text.

CONTACT URGENT AND SEE HOW YOU CAN RESIOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

IF YOU CANT PLEASE LET US KNOW AND SEND A REFUND.

Using the credentials you share I get redirected to the live site. Please double-check the credentials and check if you get redirected to the live site too after login into the staging site

I understand - we gave a web company to make the staging - I'm contacting them.
the only reason we made it is to get your support. we waited for the staging to be done and now I see its redirect to the live web

To change the administration language of the site you must edit your profile and select the desired language.
