Disable the automatic translation credits for the website but it´s not listed on My account> Site Using Prepaid Credits. Even thought it´s not there, it has available credits on ATE. Also and strangely, the staging website for this site IS listed there, so I think there is sth wrong on My account page. Also, there is a website that does not exist anymore (blueom.eu I erased 1 or 2 years ago) and is still listed.

What I´d like is to have the site listed correctly on my account so I can move the credits when I want.

Last thing, how can I erase the url blueom.eu from the "Sites Using Prepaid Credits" list?
As I mentioned befoe, that website doe snot exist anymore and I can see no option to disconnect it..

In regards to that site that still shows up, can you please let me know if you also have a key created for that domain here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)?
I got in touch with the Systems team and they said that if you delete a website, it doesn't mean that the website will get disconnected from ATE. If you want to disconnect from ATE, you need to do that BEFORE removing the site. Otherwise, you will just see it show up there, in the list.
So what you are experiencing is the expected behavior.

The expected behaviour from a customer side is that, if a website has been erased it should not show up listed anymore.
Can you please ask systems to provide a proper solution for this? Or are you suggesting that I reinstall a whole unexisting website, which domain does not exist anymore, just to "disconnect" Ate?

That's why I mentioned that I talked with them. The normal procedure, for now, is that the customer would need to disconnect the site first from the Automatic Translation account. I definitely understand that you would not want to see them there and it makes total sense but that's how things are currently set up (they will definitely improve this area in the near future).
This will require some more in-depth work from our team to remove them (it's a different department that's handling ATE altogether) and it might take a while until they will be removed.
There is one request that I have from you:
Please share with me the full list of domains that still show up and that are not active any longer, so that I know what you want our team to remove from your account.
Please even include the domain that shows "hidden" but that it still shows there. The one that you sent me in your screenshot - where there's a blank space.

The erased websites were 2, but I´ve just recreated one of them (hidden link), so the only one is blueom.eu (the ghost one).
The erased websites are less problematic than the existing ones that do not show up for its credits to be edited, but you seem to have solved that, at least for now...
