Hi,
I’ve created a new account and purchased a WPML Multilingual Agency licence, but my order is in pending status since yesterday.
Could you please help me?
Hello Paola,
indeed your order is still pending. I will ask our account and order manager to check if we charged you and if not, she will ask you to start over again. Please expect an email soon from my colleague Irina.
Hi, is it possible to speak to somebody about what I am hoping WPML will do for me? If I want my site translated into say, 50 different languages, will my site automatically be translated to the language that the site visitors IP address is in. Or will they have to select from a drop down of 50 languages on my homepage menu?
Thanks
Izzie
I am think of buying WPML for my site which uses WP Rentals theme (which is splinter off of the WP Estate theme) http://wpestate.org/
I see you have tested it with WPML, I see there is a DEMO button on: https://wpml.org/theme/wp-estate/ but there is no DEMO credentials. I would like to take a look to see if it is suitable for me.
Unfortunately it is not possible to share that demo credentials. Instead, we can propose you to buy a WPML license and test your theme further, especially as our Compatibility team tested more than 5 months ago.
I acquired a package CMS, it was displayed $79, but it was charged $ 119 dollars, I was wondering if this price is USA dollar? There is any to confirm currency?
I can see you were charged $79.00. Could you please use this form: https://wpml.org/home/contact-us/contact-form/ to send us more details. Your order number. We will sort it out – I don’t want us to exchange sensitive data via comments. Thank you.
At the moment I have WPML Multilingual CMS version 2.7.1 installed on my site. At the moment I am updating my website to the latest version of WordPress and would like to update WPML as well.
I was trying to initiate renewal purchase by following instructions from this page https://wpml.org/purchase/paying-wpml-renewal-for-my-site/ Specifically section ‘Didn’t receive an invitation email or lost contact with your site’s developer?’, but I couldn’t update my plugin to WPML Multilingual CMS to 4.3.7. Probably my current plugin is quite old.
Do you provide any other options to obtain renewal licence? I would require ‘Multilingual Blog’ version for my site.
We checked your email (the one you posted this comment with and you are not in our system). Maybe you bought WPML with a different email? Or maybe you can give me the URL of your site?
The translation committee was purchased two days ago and the process was successful …. I have a very slow website and I don’t know why. Contact the server support. Their response was ( At the current plan I am unfortunately not sure whether the site would be able to run properly as the processes are very resource-heavy and thus the site at the current state does not seem to be able to run at a proper scale.
My first suggestion would be to check in with the developer of the components you’re using for the automatic translation and to see if there’s a way to do this with less intensive tasks. ).
Please help as soon as possible.
Hello, I’d like to subscribe to Multilingual CMS and use the automatic translation service.
Unfortunately I don’t understand in which way are counted the 10.000 words per month.
Can you explain better?
Many thanks!
Paolo
Our ATE has a tool which allows us to count how many words you have used. Once you reach 10.000 words you will need a subscription for continue translating your content or you can either manually translate or wait until the next month.
Your plugin WCFM is not in our compatibility list, however it doesn’t necessarily imply that it is not compatible, just that our team has not tested yet.
I’ve checked our internal system and we don’t have any reported issue with it at the moment, so you should be able to translate your Dashboard. https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/
Anyway, you can always test your plugin during the first 30 days and see if you can achieve with WPML what your project is looking for.
If those are separate WordPress installations, then you won’t be able to register more than one site with the Multilingual Blog package. But if this is only one WordPress site – WordPress Multisite with subdomains, then you can use one key for all your subdomains. You can upgrade from Blog to Multilingual CMS later for the difference in the purchase price.
Hello support,
I have a website – heavily relying on ACF Pro – which I need to translate, and I am considering purchasing WPML.
The translated website will be 90% a straight forward translation of the original website content. My main concern is the ability to handle the remaining 10%.
Here’s a simple example. My homepage features a slider, a showcase section, an events section and a latest news section. In the translated version I would like to fully remove – let’s say – the showcase section. Can I do that? I wouldn’t mind creating an independent page in the translated version, as long as WordPress still recognises it’s the homepage.
Yes, sure, if needed, you can create an independent page in the translated version and remove/add other elements (which you don’t need to have on your homepage in your original language).
My client’s website language is set to Dutch. I have also translated the plugins into Dutch with loco translate, all except fooevents which isn’t officially integrated with loco translate.
Just a few questions before I purchase:
1. Can I have the website and plugins (especially fooevents) to be viewable in French.
Is it an easy process?
2. Can I have the default wordpress language always the default language, and a French option that can clicked (French flag)?
3. Is there an option for the French translation to show automatically when in France?
Hi Henry,
thank you for your interest in WPML.
1. Yes, you can. But you need to translate your content to French. You don’t need to translate everything and to speed up the translation process you can use our ATE editor which provide machine translations, which you can update manually if needed.
I’m not sure about fooevents. Some people have issues: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/the-issue-is-in-regard-to-a-the-fooevents-plugin/
2. Yes, that’s possible.
3. If you are asking about the automated redirection, we have such an option in WPML settings but it’s disabled by default. Most sites don’t need it anyway because they get traffic from Google in the relevant language.
Hello,
thank you for your interest in WPML and our ATE editor which provides machine translation. You won’t be able to use more than 500 000 words at first. After you set up your subscription, you start use machine translations and on the 3rd of next month, you will be charged based on how much you spent this month. After you were successfully charged, we can increase the limit to 1 million. After another month we can increase it 5 mil then to 10 mil. Full price tables are shown in WPML as soon as you subscribe to receive machine translation in our ATE editor.
What I wrote above doesn’t apply to the free 10 000 per month, which you can use without a subscription.
>In addition, I also need to purchase the $79 plan from this, right?
Yes, $79 is what you pay to be able to use WPML plugin (it includes updates and our support help).
With different TLDs, but to manage the site fully through the .com version.
So we would add content to the .com install and then want it to push the content to the other domains, such as .es, .fr, etc. for automatic translation.
I had bought your plugin a while go. But unfortunatly i can not download the plugin on my new website because i have lost it. I remeber that i had an account. Unfortunatly because i have a new website and domeinname, my old email adres info@hijabsensation.com doesnt work anymore.
Also i dont know what my password is.
How can i fix this issue? Can you please send me an email to my new mail mayaaanzi@hotmail.com
There are two options:
A.
we can update your email in our system but you need to provide us something that proves that you bought WPML from us, for example, you order number, your bank statement. Please use this form: https://wpml.org/home/contact-us/contact-form/
B.
Simply purchase WPML with a new email. It won’t make any difference in your case because your old subscription expired on October 13, 2018 and you won’t get the discount anyway.
Hi, I have a problem when I am using another translation plugin. So want to know whether WPML can solve the problem. Right now, my site default language is English, and I have added Chinese. Hi,
we run a small website on which we explain group games. There is no advertising on the site and we don’t want to make any money with it.
At the moment the game explanation is only available in German, but we would like to offer the games to people in English and French.
Because playing games is simply fun and contributes to the best understanding between people.
Could you perhaps offer us your great software for free for this project?

thank you for your interest in WPML. We don’t have any free versions for anyone. If you are a non-profit organization, we can offer you a discount. Please use this form to contact us for details. https://wpml.org/home/contact-us/contact-form/
Thanks for your reply, okay i managed to watch the video of how to add a new language its very simple.
My question is when adding the new language do i need to upload it? What if i don’t have the library of the new language?
About the machine translation, i have seen that on chrome when you set it to your location it changes the language of Google search. Is this what you are referring to in relation to Microsoft?
Am in a position to buy the plugin just need to know if it’ll be able to offer Setswana even if it means getting your support team to assist.
My question is when adding the new language do i need to upload it? What if i don’t have the library of the new language?n
No, you don’t need to upload anything besides your language flag, WPML will create the fields needed in order to user your new language.

1) No, you don’t need to upload anything besides your language flag, WPML will create the fields needed in order to user your new language.

I should be in a position to buy the plugin next week…

When you use WPML, it creates a new entry for your page or post, so, you should have all the information available from the page source into your translation. You can find more information here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/
We would like to evaluate WPML, but are not sure which plugin to install. Tried installing ‘WooCommerce Multilingual – run WooCommerce with WPML’, but we do not use WooCommerce and were getting error messages.

Hello Izzie,
WPML can translate into any number of languages. It offers automatic redirection based on the browser language https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/automatic-redirect-based-on-browser-language/

Hi,
we are using multi sites & multi lingual with AVADA Fusion Builder containers. Will this app work for this theme with containers?
Jan
Hi, yes, we are compatible with Avada and it’s Fusion Builder. You can read more about it here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/using-wpml-with-the-avada-theme/
What are “Fusion Builder containers”? Is this something special that requires special attention?

Hello Moagi,
With WPML you can always create a new language in case it is not included in our default set:

If you were referring to our Machine translation, you can find all the pair of languages available here:

Hello,
I’m sorry but we don’t have any discounts.
Hello,
This is a pre-sale question. Does your WPML plug-in translate the dashboard of woocommerce multi-vendors such as WCFM? (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-multivendor-marketplace/)
Have you ever test its compatibility?
PS. My expectation is that vendors should see translated texts on their marketplace dashboard.
Thank you!
Hello Wasinee,
Your plugin WCFM is not in our compatibility list, however it doesn’t necessarily imply that it is not compatible, just that our team has not tested yet.

you need to buy WPML. It’s a paid plugin:
https://wpml.org/purchase/
