Hi,
we are using DIVI with Exclusive DIVI Modules (https://wordpress.org/plugins/exclusive-divi/). The EDM Plugins text are not shown in the translation tool, also ther're not shown in string translation, therefor it's not possible to translate the modules. For example it's not possible to translate the superior button and the image accordeon (hidden link). I can make changes in the secondary language but it will be overwriten by WPML translation tool later.

Do you have a solution for us at least a work around?

Best
Remy

Hi, Remy.

The Exclusive Divi Modules for Divi plugin is not officially compatible with WPML. It is not on our list here.

https://wpml.org/plugin/?wpv_view_count=120064&wpv-plugin-functionality=0&wpv_post_search=Divi&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search

The plugin is relatively new, with around 1000 active installations.

To proceed, you have two options.

1. Add support to the Exclusive Divi Modules for Divi modules by following this guide.

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/maintaining-divi-builder-compatibility-wpml/

It is also mentioned in the main guide.

https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/#adding-support-for-more-divi-builder-modules

2. Translate the Divi pages with the Exclusive Divi Modules for Divi modules manually by following this guide.

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

It would be great if you could contact the authors of Exclusive Divi Modules for Divi and urge them to join our Go Global Program. You can find details about it here.

https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/

We will happily cooperate with the authors in making their plugin officially compatible with WPML.

Regards,
Itamar.

Hi, I'm sorry but there's been some confusion. Exclusive is more the description of the plug-in rather than the brand. What I'm trying to translate is Supreme image accordion and a couple of other Supreme plug-ins.
