Hi there. I am attaching a screenshot with what I can see in our systems. One of the keys that you generated was for a wrong URL that ends with "israle" instead of "israel". One of the other keys looks correctly registered, so my recommendation is to go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) and make sure that the key you registered is for the correct link. I think you might need to remove the key that was generated for the wrong "israLE" version and generate a new key for the correct "israEL" version. Then copy the key > go back to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > and that's where you can register the new key. I hope that you will find this information helpful 🙂 Mihai  |
