Background of the issue:
We have our website on both languages Arabic (default) & English. When a student takes a course from the Arabic page and then switches to English, the progress is not saved from Arabic to English.

Symptoms:
Progress is not saved when switching languages from Arabic to English during a course.

Questions:
Can you help with the issue of course progress not being saved when switching languages?
Is this issue related to the theme?
Are there any steps we can take to ensure that progress is saved when switching between languages?

Hi there,

When they switch languages; do they get to watch a different course?

For example, in Arabic they have an Arabic version either video or text and in English they get videos/text in English.

Masterstudy LMS and WPML are fully compatible and there are no known bugs at the moment:

Per my understanding, the MasterStudy plugin is designed to handle course enrollments independently per language. This means that if a user finishes with 100% of the English version the German version would still be at 0% if never started.
