Hi,

I have some questions for automatic translation of WooCommerce products.

We have a site with 2 languages, English and Danish. We want to add some more languages ex. Bulgarian. We would like to use automatic translation only for the Bulgarian language, and NOT overwrite the already existing content in English and Danish. Is it possible?

Is is also possible to use automatic translation on the Bulgarian languages product and category slug?

It is this site: nhkmachineryparts.com

Hi there,

It is currently not possible to enable Automatic Translation for only one language.

The best solution in this case could be to select "Translate What You Choose" mode at WPML -> Settings for the "Translation Mode". Then send pages/products or only required contents in only required language for Automatic Translation from WPML -> Translation Management.

More details on the workflow to translate only some contents through Translation Management in the next links:

Hi Subash,

Thank you for replying. I think the "Translate What You Chose" will work fine for us. Will it also translate the selected language pages/products slug with this method, or do we have to translate it manually?

Hi there,

Sorry for the delayed response due to the weekends.

To translate the Product Slug from Automatic Translation or Advanced Translation Editor you will need to go to WPML -> Settings, Scroll to "Translated documents" section then for Page URL options choose the Translate option and save. More details on the next link:

No problem, and thank you for responding.

Thanks for your explanation and links, it seems logical, I will try it when I get there.
