Hello,
Please advise if I can use the plugin without having duplicate images please?
I use it before and for some reason, I ended up having so many duplicates of images for each language I wanted to translate. What I would like to achieve is
to use one image for other translated pages without the system duplicating them. Can you advise how to go about achieving this?
Many thanks,
Danny

Hello there

Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you.

1) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.

2) Are you using WPML Media plugin ?

3) If yes did you read our documentation about this ?

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/

There is an option for not duplicating images there.

Can you please check it ?

Regards,
Andreas
