I am trying to: translate my website automatically using WPML and Deeple. I read this manual: https://wpml.org/announcements/2020/11/deepl-integration-and-new-pricing-for-automatic-translation/

The option "TRANSLATION MODE" is simply nowhere to be found in the WPML back-end.

I am using WPML Multilingual CMS which should be the correct licence with all these features.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

The "Translate Everything" in WPML -> Settings -> Translation Mode is the automatic translation mode. It has 3 options about reviewing and publishing the automatically translated content.

Please see https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/ for details.

Regards.

Hello,

I think you misunderstand my question.

I ask a very specific question, stating that I read all the documentation, and the best answer you are able to give me is... read our documentation.

Please don't give me textbook answers and waste both our time.

In attachment a screenshot of the settings I see. As you can see, the option "MULTLINGUAL CONTENT SETUP" (like on the screenshot of the article you refer to) IS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN.

Hi,

The screenshot you shared is of WPML -> Languages and you can never find that setting in there.

I particularly mentioned that the "Translate Everything" in WPML -> Settings -> Translation Mode is the automatic translation mode as it is mentioned in the guide clearly as well: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/#translating-your-whole-site-automatically

See the attached screenshots for more clarity.

Regards.

Hello again,

I just noticed that you are using Multilingual Blog License as per your profile on this forum, but my team points out that your account at backend seems to have a CMS license which seems to be expired.

So please hold on, I am referring this to the relevant team to look into the details and resolve it ASAP.

Please accept my apologies for this misunderstanding.

Regards.
