We have just release today the new version WPML 4.6 and for String translation 3.2.4.

I have tested and solves the issue:

Please update to that version.

Please translate your footer from WPML --> String translation

If you have problems, I will need the wordpress access details. I have checked the next response as private so you can add the wordpress details in case the translation doesn´t appear.

Just go to WPML --> String translation and look for the text that doesn´t appear translated and translate it.
