Refund for renewal

nataliaK-20	My programmers are having trouble connecting translations to my wocommerce. I just paid a new subscription. Due to WPML, we came across many issues things have not been processed on time. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a full refund of my payment as I just renewed it.
