I have added a screenshot, it is regarding the setting:
Remember visitors' language preference for hours (please enter 24 or multiples of it).

I would like to use it to automaticly redirect if the visitor returns within the time set.

Thanks again,

Thanks for your reply.

You can refer to the answer from this ticket https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-browser-language-redirects/#post-14071509 which explains how that feature works.

Anyway, I've already escalated the string translation issue to our 2nd Tier Support and I will come back to you once I've feedback.

Thank you for your patience.

I've heard back from our 2nd Tier Support, and here's their response:

The data is serialized, meaning it cannot be translated all at once. Instead, they need to register the specific strings they wish to translate. You can find more information on how to do this here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/translate-strings-in-wp-options-table/

Could you please attempt this and inform me of the outcome?

Hi,

Thanks, this is what I added to wpml-config.xml:

<admin-texts>
<key name="booking_forms_extended">
<key name="private-transfers" />
</key>
<key name="private-transfers">
<key name="content" />
<key name="form" />
</key>
</admin-texts>

Nothing changes, i still get the booking_forms_extended as a serialized string, I also can not find anything under the specified keys, could you help me with setting this method up?

Thank you,

Thank you for your patience.

I've received feedback from our second-tier support, and they've recommended using this plugin (https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/) to generate the custom XML configuration. I will check and revert.

Thank you for being patient.

Apologies, I need to consult our 2nd Tier Support regarding the strings suitable for registering the custom XML configuration. I've unserialized the data at this link hidden link , but I must verify with our 2nd Tier Support beforehand.

Thank you for your understanding.

I received feedback from our Second Tier Support, and here's what was mentioned.

Upon investigation, it appears that serialized data is not compatible. You'll need to utilize the recommended method from the author, which involves using this particular method for translating the Booking form hidden link

Alternatively, you can utilize the [wpml] shortcode and enclose the strings within it, as demonstrated in the attached screenshot. By doing so, these strings will be accessible in String Translation, enabling automatic translation.
