The only workaround, for now, is the one from the errata page: https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-tab-manager-custom-product-tabs-duplicate-on-translated-product-view/ There are several WooCommerce add-ons (including this one) that are not yet fully compatible with the ATE. Our team is still working on this; there's a pretty big list of WooCommerce-addons in this situation and that is why it takes longer. When exactly our developers will launch this is not up to us, the supporters, to decide, as there might be more urgent issues that have a bigger priority for the moment.
