Hi there.

Before this ticket gets assigned to my colleagues, can you please paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field I activated below?

Hello There.
I hope you're doing well. Thank you for sharing the Debug information.

In similar past cases, we've found that resetting the permalink structure has resolved the issue. Could you please navigate to "Settings > Permalinks", simply save the permalink settings again, and see if this helps to solve the problem?

If the issue persists, please try the following:

- Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting
- Click on the following buttons:
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
-- Synchronize local job IDs with ATE jobs
-- Set language information
-- Fix post-type assignment for translations
- Once done, please make a small update to the default page and then try to update the translation.

Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well.

I understand that you're having some issues with the Crocoblock template. Kindly be informed that to maintain clarity and organization in each thread, we are allowed to discuss one issue per ticket. Since the issue you mentioned in your last message is different than the issue that was initially reported in this ticket, I have created a new ticket for you to address the issue separately. You can expect a response on that ticket shortly. Thank you for understanding the matter.

Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance with the PHP Warning that you notice in the Error log when you add a new translation. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
