Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with WPML and ACFML synchronization, specifically with ATE sync status messages being too long and not fitting onscreen. This makes it difficult to determine if the sync is progressing or stalled. The client also mentioned difficulties in recreating the sync status message for testing purposes.
Solution:
We recommended the client to initiate a simple automatic translation to trigger the field sync, as this process is quick and does not require coding. Additionally, we suggested using a free tool like Loom for the client to record their actions during the sync process, which would help us better understand and replicate the issue. If the problem persists, we advised escalating the issue to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation.
