Hi Jason,
Emails with credentials are sent immediately after your order is marked as completed. I checked our records and your order is completed. Please:
Thank you for your response and currently, I have my account and password by resetting the password; but I definitely did not receive the email automatically for the initial account and password(even in the spam), please verify it. My registration mail is luqiao2015@gmail.com
Hello,
Agnes is away already. I am from the Admin team. I can confirm the welcome mail was sent to you yesterday from our system, I am not sure what happened in the middle. In any case it is good to know you have been able to log in now.
Let me know if you need any further help.
Yesterday I really got the email for my purchase order, but no other email info for account and password.
From the website, I got the notice that I will be informed by a different email to tell me the account and password, but I waited for one day and till now did not get this email. I also checked the spam and found nothing.
Hope that there is no issue in your system, just a reminder in case.
Hello,
I’ve checked our records and your order was completed correctly and your WPML subscription was created for you. If you didn’t get the email with credentials, please try to use this link to reset your password: https://wpml.org/account/lost-my-password/
If that doesn’t help, please let me know and we will reset your credentials and send the email once again.
In the meantime, I will check with our admins if we sent you that first email or it something didn’t work. Regards, Agnes.
Hi,
My name is Alon, and I am creating a training website for users of our System. We need to translate the website into Spanish, and I have a few questions:
1) The training content is set-up as pages. When a user joins the whole website needs to flow in Spanish or English (depending on the user). The primary language of the website is English. I don’t want them to need to switch from English to Spanish on every page. Is that possible to set-up using WPML (essentially I’m imagining that once the language is set-up, the whole website will flow in that language, and I will have a separate landing page for Spanish users which would set the rest of their experience in Spanish.
2) I can’t enable external users to access our admin backend. How would a translation service be able to translate our content?
Hi Alon,
1. No problem, when you add languages using WPML each of them will be kept in a separte folder (a virtual one) but from the user point of view it means that once they enter a page in Spanish, they will continue clicking in the Spanish part.
Hello Kamran,
WPML does not have demo versions but you are welcome to try it and see how it works with your theme. You have until 30 days to try it, we will refund you if it does not suit your needs. https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds-policy/
Hi, is there an option for sharing the same content for more than one page / language?
using same page for all languages, i.e. photo gallery , portfolio…?
I have bought Multilingual CMS.
It’s been over a year. I want to buy again.
How to benefit from your account renewal per year.
79 USD is too high.
If I do not get $ 39, I’ll have to use another plugin.
What does it mean “Websites UNLIMITED”? With this option, can I buy one WPML license, and install on multiple domains on different servers?
Another question, can I install on localhost?
Hello,
I work for one localization company in Switzerland and we have some clients that use WordPress for their websites, as you can understand we need a connector with WordPress and our system.
We will need customized version of WPML that connects only with our system.
My question:
What are our options to get this?
Hello,
you mean you want to join us as a translation service?
WPML team is working with leading translation services on the technical integration into WPML. Right now, the following translation services are available for you to choose from: https://wpml.org/translation-service/
hello guys,
as i was asking can i add my own brand new language to the plugin if its not available on the plugin by default? my client want to add 3 languages, English, Persian and Pashto this has the same characters and alphabet as persian and arabic language, i know pashto is not available by default on the plugin, so is it easy to add this and making it fully functional?
the other question is, can i move the widget on anywhere i want on a wordpress theme? i will be using the templates from templatemonster, will you guys will help me to place the widget or it will be the template guys who will help me to do this job?
with 79 is it the full and complete working package or not?
i wanted to buy this earlier but it was delayed by my client.
thank you Agnes Bury for your response, do i still have to pay the VAT? i am not living in Europe, i live in the middle eastern side of the world, VAT doesn’t apply on where i am living, how do i get myself out of the VAT charges?
So in that case, please use this form, describe your case (you can just copy what you wrote to me) and send it. The form will be sent directly to the person who handles such issues (and exceptions).
one last question, can you please check this website https://afghan-wireless.com/ whether they use the WPML Multilingual plug-in or not? i think they are using it but i am not sure how i could find if they using it?
If I get a lifetime license of this plugin, can you help me to set it up on my pages? I use megamenu plugin and tried to set up polylang but it did not work, my megamenu became all corrupted, so I had to uninstall it. Thanks
Hi Timur,
if you get stuck, feel free to ask your question in our support forum and our supporters will help. But they cannot do everything for you. In that case you would need to ask one of our consultants. https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-contractors/
May i know if i using woocommerce theme then i can use blog version or i need to you cms version? If using blog version, will the product in my website will change language from english to other language?
By the way, can i do like this everytime customer visit my website then it will pop up the notice to ask customer to select their language that they want?
By the way, can i do like this everytime customer visit my website then it will pop up the notice to ask customer to select their language that they want?
Technically, it’s doable. You don’t need it. Better to include the language switcher in your header/menu/sidebar and make it stand out. If you provide your visitors with valuable contents (translated by humans) please note that you will get a lot of organic traffic from search engines directly in their language.
Hi Alex, you ask if you can translate widgets using WPML? Yes, you can. And yes, you will need to CMS packages since it includes the String Translation module which is required to translate some of your widgets.
After install wpml plugin, for those woocommerce product name and description and all infomation page such us about us, term& conditions and etc. Those information will change directly without change one by one? Because some language plugin for example like opencart language, if you want to change your product name & description i need to change one by one. I no sure how the setting of this plugin work, if can i just only need by click one button then all site language will change at one time
Hi Alex, these pages won’t be translated automatically. They will be ready for translation but you need to provide the translation for each of the language of your sites.
Hi Agnes,
I still no quite understand it. Do you have any demo of the website using this plugin?
We work on a wordpress website that need to be in French and English, we use a theme (salient) and I want to be sure that I’ve understand your rate before we choose wpm.
The blog option seems to be great for use – except the for the widget…
If I choose the cms option, it’s cost 79$ but I need to pay 39$ each year after that ?
“If I choose the cms option, it’s cost 79$ but I need to pay 39$ each year after that ?”
Yes, or you might upgrade to the Lifetime for the difference in purchase price, so that would be $116.
You can also consider starting from the Blog version and checking if you can handle translating your widgets with some 3-party plugins (it was possible in the past). If it turns out that the Blog version is not enough for you can upgrade to the CMS version and again for the difference in purchase price. The CMS version includes the same core WPML plugin as the Blog version, the difference is that in the CMS version you have more plugins (String translation, Media translation etc)
We work on a wordpress website, with the Salient theme – the website will be in 2 languages (English and French) and I wan’t to be sure of the rate before we go on the wpm solution :
– if we take the cms option, we pay 79$ and then, each year we have to pay 39$ ?
– the blog option don’t cover the widget option, that’s means all the plug-in ? (like nectar slider…) ?
Hello Marie,
I just answered you previous question.
Let me add more about translating widgets
Contents of WordPress widgets can be translated using the WPML plugin’s String Translation page. This is true for both default WordPress widgets and the custom ones, created by you or other authors. WPML can translate the standard WordPress widgets, as explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/
If you have widgets that didn’t register their titles for translation, you can create separate widgets per language, using the ‘WPML Widgets’ plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpml-widgets/
Hello. I am trying to buy a license, but your online shop is charging 21% VAT. I live in the EU but my territory is VAT-exempt (Canary Islands). Legally, you cannot charge VAT on that transaction, but I found no way to order the licence without VAT. How can we sort that out, please? Thanks.
I am interested in WPML lifetime license. I just want to make sure: if I purchase the $195 lifetime add-on, can I really use it in unlimited times? I am a web site designer and make multiple sites in every month for my clients. Is this one purchase enough to use for every single client I have and will have in the future?
Hi. I would like to start using WPML. How can I get my site “machine” translated (pages, post etc). To start with I don’t wish to pay for professional a translations.
How do I do, what plugin do I need? Looking forwar to your answer.
I have to set up a multilingual site. German and English shall be on one same domain: http://www.example.de (German) and http://www.en.example.de (English). So far so good i think.

Hello, I’m sorry but WPML doesn’t translate automatically at all. Machine translations won’t help your site from the Google point of view (and other search engines). If you need machine translation you would need to find other plugins.
With WPML you can translate pages either by yourself (or ask your friends) or use one of the professional a translation services we integrate with.
Hi Mark,
you don’t need to buy a separate WPML license for each and every site you build. The one you have can be used for all of the websites you build, for all of your customers. If you already bought one (sorry for my late reply, I live in the European time zone), please use this form and we will refund your order:
Ok thats great. When I install all the WPML plugins I get an error mesige saying I need the WPML plugin. (with the link to the buying page of your site).
Do you recommend to buy it and refund it? Or is there an other way?
Hi Guys, I hope you would be able to help me with this question,
I want to use your multilingual plugin (my very first webshop) but have an outdated site which uses:
WP 4.6.6, Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Woocommerce 2.6.7.
Since everything is working so far I rather do not update those items but are willing to buy your plugin if it works fine with Visual Composer and is not complicate to install/use (sorry, I’m actually a designer).
My question is which (older) version you advice me to use in this case that granted works and where can I download those? Is this older version complicated to install?
Hi Andrea,
to answer your question: yes, you can download older versions of WPML (you will find all of them in your WPML account) but I would strongly encourage you not to do so. Due to security reason you should always keep your WordPress site up to date in terms of the most recent plugin and theme versions and the WP core itself.
Another reason to use the most recent version is that if you get stuck with anything, you find issues/problems and you open a ticket in our support forum (or in the support forum of the third party plugins you use (Visual Composer)), the supporters will ask you to upgrade to the most recent version since it also includes all bug fixes.
Hello Andy,
we sent the email with credentials immediately. Did you check your spam folder? If the email is not there, please use this form to reset your password. I don’t know which email address you used but I have just checked the one you submitted this comment with and I didn’t find any user with that email. If your intention was to use this one it means, you made a typo in it. If that’s the case, please use this form and send us your order number and we will update your email in our database and resend credentials.
Hi Agnes, I have used this email address as both the payment as well as login account. I have submitted the request with order number using the later form. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-desktop-cat-tools/
I hope it helps.
One more question:
On the pages translated to Spanish I want to have different images as well. Is that possible to do with WPML?
Thanks!
Yes, WPML allows you to translate images as well.
Hello,
Is there a demo version of wpml i can before purchasing to make sure it works with my theme?
Thanks.
Hello Kamran,
WPML does not have demo versions but you are welcome to try it and see how it works with your theme. You have until 30 days to try it, we will refund you if it does not suit your needs.

Hi,
Yes, there is. It’s called “Duplicate”, please read more about it here:

Is the plugin compatible with the Divi Theme?
Thx

Hello Chris,
Thanks for your interest. You can see the details of Yoast SEO compatibility status here https://wpml.org/plugin/yoast-seo/ and Divi https://wpml.org/theme/divi/
Both should work ok in general terms. If you have any issues you will be able to ask for help at our technical forum. Remember we also have a Refund policy to let you try our plugin for 30 days https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds-policy/

Yes, you can add any language to WPML. Here the list of default languages: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/pre-configured-languages/ but you can add otehr lanauges as well: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/editing-wpmls-languages-table/
the way your widgets are handled depends on your theme, if you want to change anything here you need to make changes in your theme or use plugins
If your theme is compatible with WPML, then yes, everything you find in the CMS package should suffice.

and i will use that form for the purchase.
thank you
Yes, the Afghan Wireless site uses WPML.
thank you Amir for letting me know, much appreciated.
Yes, they do.
If you preview the HTML source of the page you will see WPML strings
i forgot to ask can i use my master card to pay using 2checkout?
Hello,
yes, you can.

By the way, can i do like this everytime customer visit my website then it will pop up the notice to ask customer to select their language that they want?
Thank You
Hi Alex,
if you want to translate your WooCommerce products, the Blog package won’t suffice. You need at least the CMS one. Here’s the list of required plugins for WooCommerce-based sites. https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#required-plugins
You will find all of them in the CMS package.
Technically, it’s doable. You don’t need it. Better to include the language switcher in your header/menu/sidebar and make it stand out. If you provide your visitors with valuable contents (translated by humans) please note that you will get a lot of organic traffic from search engines directly in their language.

Thank You
Hi Alex, no such a feature is not included in WPML. You would need to create it by yourself.
Hi Agnes,
How about cms package can create widget to let customer to select their language that they want?
Hi Alex, you ask if you can translate widgets using WPML? Yes, you can. And yes, you will need to CMS packages since it includes the String Translation module which is required to translate some of your widgets.

Hello,
I have to set up a multilingual site. German and English shall be on one same domain: http://www.example.de (German) and http://www.en.example.de (English). So far so good i think.
But I have a third domain in polish. That domain shall be shown like http://www.example.pl and NOT like http://www.pl.example.pl.
I read that with your extension I can choose the way the domain is displayed. But can I us both ways in one setup?
Thanks in advance,

Hello, yes, it’s possible. I consulted my answer with the author of this article and he confirmed.

Only this plugin:

the WPML CMS package includes all other required plugins.
Hi,
I already have a licence (lifetime), but need a second licence for a new website Im developing. Do I get a discount? 😉
Greetings Mark Botter
Hi Mark,
you don’t need to buy a separate WPML license for each and every site you build. The one you have can be used for all of the websites you build, for all of your customers. If you already bought one (sorry for my late reply, I live in the European time zone), please use this form and we will refund your order:
Hi Agnus,

Hi Mark, no need. You just need to register your website(s). Please check the link: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#faq

Hi Andrea,
to answer your question: yes, you can download older versions of WPML (you will find all of them in your WPML account) but I would strongly encourage you not to do so.
Hi, I have made a purchase the day before, but I didn’t received any email or confirmation yet. I have paid through Paypal and the money is deducted.
Thank you.
Hello Andy,
we sent the email with credentials immediately.
Thank you.
