I want to test it overall but 4 things are very very important to me.
1. How WPML’s auto-translation feature is correct. I am Korean and my main language is Korean of course. but Korean-English translation is usually bad…
2. How to translate the paragraph with a link. I am using ‘translatepress’ pro now and it is too hard to translate the paragraph with link manually… I want to show you an example here, but it is too messy; if you tell me how to send a screenshot then I will send you one.
3. I am using the plugin ‘oxygen’, a kind of theme builder. I want to test how compatible it is.
4. I tested ‘polylang’ little but I don’t use it. Because its system is like writing just another post in another language… not translating… if I test it correctly…

a) Azure from MIscrosoft
b) Google Translate
c) DeepL
You can check the quality of the translation online: https://translate.google.com/ or https://www.deepl.com/translator. WPML uses their API and the results will be the similar.
2. It’s easy. You can change the link name inside the WPML’s translation editor.
3. We don’t have a demo site with this builder but we are compatible: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/oxygen-visual-builder/
4. Yes, the old version of WPML (from a few years ago) worked like Polilang too. But now, in WPML you can either use automatic translation or translate manually (or mix both ways).
If you want, I can create a test site for you but it won’t have Oxygen but Gutenberg blocks instead.

We are interested with your software plugin for WordPress we are building an E-commerce Woocommerce shop for a client in Northern Germany who sells clothes online. They want the shop to be in multiple languages due to selling thoughout (Germany) other EU states and the following Scandinavian countries Denmark, Sweden, Norway.
Based on the users IP address will you plugin change the language and also change the currency settings so for example in Denmark they can checkout with Danish Krones.
I think the currencies we will need are Euros (Germany) and the 3 types of Crown currencies used in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

thank you for your interest in WPML. WPML when used along with the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin makes your WooCommerce shop multilingual and you can handle multiple currencies as well. You can set up the currency for each language. WPML can automatically redirect visitors according to their browser language not based on their IP address. You can also insert the language switcher. automatic translations are available only in plans 2 and 3 (not in the Blog package). When you use automatic translations you have the following options:
1. Translate your entire site automatically (it will translate your existing site soon after this option is enabled and then when you add new pages, they will be translated immediately after publishing)
2. Translate only the pages you want – you can open a page for editing and then click the Translate automatically button or you can use the “bulk” option to select multiple pages for automatic translation
If you want to use the Blog package, you can only translate manually.

Sometimes you can translate strings coming from other plugins using the WPML String Translation plugin. You can buy WPML keeping our refund policy in mind and test it yourself. You can also check with the authors of this plugin.

Yes, you can use the Advanced Translation Editor of WPML (ATE) – this is how we can the editor where on the left side you see a list of all the texts on a page and on the right there is place for inserting translations. If the page structure changes you will need to translate only the texts that changed (new or updated). The editor won’t detect strings/texts coming frm your shortcodes and these need to be translated manually in the String Translation panel.

When I talk about shortcoce I mean the blocks that WPBakery Page Builder allows you to add to pages to create their structure and to display content.
If WPML doesn’t allow translating these blocks without being manually, it means that I can’t translate any page without being manually.
I’m not sure why we show the classic translation editor in our screenshots instead of the ATE editor. Let me check it with our developers from the Compatibility Team to be sure you can use the ATE editor for WPBakery builder too. The ATE editor is better than the classic editor because it allows you to use automatic translations.

There are two ways to update WPML:
1. By registering WPML (you can generate a new key, no problem) – on your WP site you go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab and hit update on that screen
2. By deleting the existing plugin and updating it (or by simply replacing it as you would do with any other plugin)
When you are deleting or replacing WPML plugins, the WPML data are not deleted from your WP database so as soon as you install the new version you will see your translations again.

You simply don’t translate them. But in this case, you cannot use the “Translate everything” mode that translates your entire website automatically. You would need to choose “Translate some” and then select the products and pages you want to translate for translation. You can use the bulk translation feature that allows you to translate automatically only selected products, posts and pages. And of course, you can always translate each of your products/pages individually, again, either manually or by clicking the “Translate automatically” button available inside the translation editor.

For regular pages you would need to disable the Adavnaced Translation Editor (for each page individually) and then you can create the page layout the way you want. In this case, you would need to translate manually and provide your own translations. I asked this question directly to WP ALL IMPORT, but they told me that WPML should clarify this question, per example, when I import in bulk with their plugin in order to create or update the price for the original language in Portuguese, the others languages (English and French) will be updated automatically?
I have been using the default import/export of WordPress, and when I try to update the prices in the PT language, the prices don’t update in EN or FR, I have to enter in each product and click “UPDATE”, only in this way it updates the EN and FR.

I asked this question directly to WP ALL IMPORT, but they told me that WPML should clarify this question, per example, when I import in bulk with their plugin in order to create or update the price for the original language in Portuguese, the others languages (English and French) will be updated automatically?
I have been using the default import/export of WordPress, and when I try to update the prices in the PT language, the prices don’t update in EN or FR, I have to enter in each product and click “UPDATE”, only in this way it updates the EN and FR.
Please let us have your support on this, in order to buy with confidence.
