bikbulatovaE	There was another very developped ticket. We did many tests with your coleague on wpml staging website. strings are displayed right in the header of the website you can't miss them. Right now then turned out spanish

bikbulatovaE	Hopefully he still has our testing sire. I'm loosing sales on a regular basis because of this shitty glitch. Trigered one more time after testing the option "adjust theme ID for multilingual". By someone of your team for another ticket. Probably accessing the theme customizer, as usual.

Is this issue happening on your live site? (I can see it when I visit so I assume it is.) What are your results if you attempt to resolve it in the steps we had taken before? Also, we no longer have access to the staging site and the access to the live site is no longer valid.

bikbulatovaE	Is the wpml website still existing ? the one you copied for yourself. And yes the bug is actual. This time, the bug was trigered with the visit of the theme customizer.

Please note that in order for us to debug this issue we will need to be able to reproduce the behavior as we were not able to during all our previous efforts. Are you able to provide us access to an environment where we can reproduce the issue.

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	1. Verified that Free Shipping from 140 is showing in English in both EN and DE versions. 2. Go to WPML->String Translations -> search for "Free Shipping from 140" 3. Add translation to this string admin_texts_astra-settings [astra-settings]header-html-1 Free shipping from [free_shipping_threshold id="2"] 4. Check the front end --> it's showing as expected. DE version shows the translation now. 5. Go to English language and edit customizer (100% verified that I am editing the customizer from English and not German) 6. Exit customizer --> all good so far. Please review.

bikbulatovaE	Great! I found those last ones, they were still in dutch. I updated them in english. And added them for translation. After their translation the setup will be the exact same one as for the live store. Excepted for multi domains setup of course.....

I recommend changing their default language to the correct one since it's not English and possibly excluding them from the translation. hidden link As of right now I've translated the rest of the strings.
